Reach trucks
Reach Trucks are designed to work in narrow aisle warehousing spaces.
They have two outer legs that distribute the load weight; with a wheel configuration of two or one wheels per legThe wheel base of a reach truck is the same length as a normal counter-balance forklift; however the body is more compact.

Re-fuelling and Re-charging of Gas, Electric or Diesel Reach Forklift truck
Pre-use checks
Factors affecting stability
Motive and hydraulic controls of the Reach Forklift Truck
Manoeuvring the Forklift Truck in open and confined areas
Stacking at different levels
De-stacking with laden and un-laden pallets

Course Assessment
Theoretical assessment of 5 open and 20 multiple choice questions, which can be conducted orally where literacy difficulties exist.
Practical Test of basic operating skills, confirming skills taught on the Forklift training course
